Overview :
Bloom is seeking a freelance Video Editor to support the execution of digital-first creative across performance marketing and brand storytelling. This role will collaborate closely with the creative team to cut high-converting short-form videos for ads, organic social, influencer content, and product launches. The ideal candidate is a fast, detail-obsessed editor with a passion for pacing, visual polish, and content that stops the scroll.
Key Responsibilities :
Edit a high volume of short-form video content (5–60 seconds) for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, etc.Build A / B variations to optimize performance across ads and organic channelsIncorporate brand elements including motion graphics, supers, and product calloutsSync audio with precision (VO, music, SFX) and manage sound mixing for final deliveryApply color correction and creative grading techniques to ensure cohesive and premium visual qualityPrep and export videos based on specific platform specs (Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.)Optimize footage for clarity, pacing, storytelling, and emotional engagementKey Qualifications :
3–5+ years of experience in digital video editing for social-first or performance creativeExpert in Adobe Premiere Pro (and / or DaVinci Resolve for color grading); After Effects is a strong bonusStrong understanding of editing for direct response video ads, including hooks, pacing, and conversion tacticsProven experience with color correction and color grading for consistency across deliverablesFamiliarity with sound design and motion graphics for digital channelsComfortable working with raw influencer content, UGC, product b-roll, and lifestyle footageExcellent file hygiene, version control, and post-production workflow managementBonus : experience in beauty, wellness, health, or ecommerce brandsThis role is for you if you’re :
