We support thousands of realtors, lenders, and homebuyers across the state, and we’re expanding our in-office producer model inside a high-performing real estate office in Aventura.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the on-site insurance producer inside a busy real estate office
• Build strong relationships with realtors, lenders, and referral partners
• Quote and bind personal lines insurance
• Follow up quickly and professionally to close business tied to active real estate transactions
• Manage your pipeline using our systems, quoting tools, and support resources
• Grow a repeat/referral book with renewal income and cross-sell opportunity

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor role

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 license (required)
• Personal lines sales experience preferred (home + auto strongly preferred)
• Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and professional presence
• Comfortable working independently and building relationships daily
