The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Evans Tire, adhering to store standards and expectations.

Compensation

Depending on experience, from $72,000 to $87,000 per year.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and courteously both in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicles; refer to service history; identify service needs.
• Recommend services based on knowledge; communicate additional recommendations from technicians; document all recommendations.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories; understand product and service requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes, including costs and completion times; update customers during service.
• Follow procedures when cashing out, review inspections, and explain warranties.
• Conduct follow-up calls post-repair to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
