Equipment Solutions Manager
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an Equipment Solutions Manager that will partner with other Equipment Solutions Managers to provide support and leadership within the Equipment Solutions Group. This position is located at our Denver Equipment Facility in Henderson, CO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and organizing owned equipment, storage, and tooling
- Equipment planning and scheduling with internal project teams, equipment solutions teams, and 3

party vendors
Large inventory managementFinancial forecasting and budgetingRental software contract managementEquipment logistics planningVendor relationsUnderstanding of construction equipment maintenance, opportunities, constraints and requirementsEstablish improved efficiencies and process improvement plans for warehouse and equipment yard using 5S strategiesLead department initiatives to include development, training and supportManage a team of craft and non-craft team membersSupport innovation by encouraging new process developmentInterior and exterior responsibilities requiredTravel expectation 25%QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degreeFour years’ management experience in construction, equipment, supply chain, logistics or warehouseKnowledge of construction equipment and materialsFamiliarity with basic maintenance / service schedulesBudget managementEffective communication both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and prioritize based on workloadStrong organizational skillsStrong customer service skillsStrong computer skillsValid US Driver’s License with clean driving recordA few benefits offered include :

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
