The Auto Body Paint Quality Lead will oversee the paint operations within our refurbishment centers, ensuring all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and finish. Oversee the daily operations of the body shop?s paint department. Implement and monitor processes for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring consistency and quality. Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians to maximize productivity and ensure quality standards are met. Inspect completed work for adherence to industry standards and customer expectations. Develop and enforce safety and environmental compliance measures within the paint department. Collaborate with other department leaders to refine processes and reduce waste, enhancing overall efficiency. Manage supply inventory and order materials while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind. Regularly report on department performance, challenges, and progress.
