Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : CT Job Duration : Not specified Shift : Variable Shifts Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Not specified License : Must maintain state certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state Certifications : Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R); BLS Required Must-Have : Active ARRT (CT) Certification; State Radiography License Job Description : - Provide quality diagnostic imaging services with a patient-focused approach under the guidance of radiologists and the Radiology Director.- Demonstrate knowledge in current concepts within the field, performing with competence that allows independent thought and action.- Apply critical thinking to manage patients and assure appropriate care based on patient needs using age-specific assessment, communication, and understanding of physical and mental capabilities.- Utilize equipment including MRM Radiology Computer Terminals, Hewlett Packard Laser Printers, GE PRO 16 slice CT Scanner, (2) GE VCT 64 slice CT Scanner, GE CTI CT Scanner, McKesson PACS Hardware, and GE Independent Workstation.- Collaborate with one other technologist during scheduled shifts.Comments on Relocation : Offered up to a specified amount commensurate with the candidate's needs and qualifications.
