My client is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the construction of one of Los Angeles’ most anticipated luxury living developments – a project already being called “LA’s Sexiest High Rise.”

This 400-unit, $200M development will redefine upscale urban living with resort-style amenities, cutting-edge design, and meticulous craftsmanship.

To be considered for this landmark development you must come from a Tier One GC background, and you must have considerable concrete experience.

What’s on offer :

Base Salary : Up to $170,000

Auto Allowance : $10,400

Bonus Potential : $40K–$45K annually

Total Comp : $210K–$215K

Interviews are being scheduled for January, project breaks ground in February 2026.
