Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (Required) 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience (Required) Experience working on luxury residential projects (a major plus) Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and high client expectations Strong understanding of architectural details, high-end finishes, and complex systems Comfortable coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and VIP clients Impeccable communication and discretion Tech-savvy : proficient with construction management software and systems
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of ground-up luxury home builds (5,00020,000+ sq ft) Manage budgets, schedules, trades, vendors, and inspections Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and luxury-level standards Serve as point of contact for architects, interior designers, and discerning clients Proactively solve issues and maintain progress on tight timelines Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and confidentiality Report to senior leadership with progress, risks, and opportunities
