Job Title : Marketing Project Manager Location : Grand Rapids, MI Pay Range : $43-45 / hr What's the Job? Lead the timeline management of the brand renewal campaign for Coalesse, ensuring all project milestones are met on schedule. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, digital, and external partners to deliver high-quality assets. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution. Identify potential risks and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track and aligned with brand standards. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and go-to-market project management. Proven success managing omni-channel campaigns with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of creative development workflows and digital marketing channels. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
