Your role as a BSA Compliance Analyst
As a BSA Compliance Analyst at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our comprehensive Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-level compliance with regulations, internal policies, and federal expectations through transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, Customer Identification Programs (CIP), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews. You'll investigate alerts and risk profiles of high and moderate-risk members, process complex BSA-related investigations, and originate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs). Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of new procedures in response to regulatory changes, serving as a liaison with external audits and regulatory agencies.
Reporting to the Risk and Compliance Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our compliance efforts while fostering a culture of respect and integrity.
