Your Role as an LPN :

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to provide top-tier care to our residents.

Administer medications and treatments in line with all relevant policies and regulations.

Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary.

Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.

Perform duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.

Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care.

Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, and staff, adhering to HIPAA policies.

What We’re Looking For :

A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.

Experience in a Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
