This firm is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to serve as the Head of DevOps. The perfect candidate will be part of the Enterprise Technology team, driving innovation and establishing technological excellence. They will ensure the organization remains a tech leader by delivering effective solutions. This role offers a unique chance for an experienced technical leader to build a top?tier cloud infrastructure and DevOps team using advanced technologies.

Responsibilities include designing secure, scalable pipelines and fostering collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure continuous delivery and operational excellence. The candidate will shape the strategic direction of DevOps practices, while promoting automation, reliability, and performance. Expertise in AI / ML integration within DevOps workflows, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, are critical.

Responsibilities :

• Define and execute a DevOps strategy that aligns with business and technological objectives.
• Manage and enhance CI / CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Promote the use of advanced infrastructure technologies such as containerization, orchestration, and serverless computing.
• Create and manage a high?performing DevOps team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and automation.
• Develop and enforce standards for infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and monitoring.
• Partner with development, operations, security, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and dependable systems.
• Monitor and improve system performance through proactive incident management and root?cause analysis.
• Guide the transition to cloud?native platforms while optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and industry standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance enhancements and automation.
• Assess and adopt new tools and technologies to strengthen DevOps capabilities.
