Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in residential maintenance to join our team. If you value integrity, thrive in collaborative environments, and bring a positive attitude with self-motivation, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in rental housing and commercial properties (light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Conduct basic repairs, including sheetrock, painting, and installation of doors and cabinets
• Respond to and complete tenant work requests via a smartphone app
• Follow directions and meet deadlines
• Provide detailed work reports
