Expected salary range of $107,100 to $119,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position Provides leadership and management of Emergency Preparedness functions, programs and processes in assigned functional area. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations. Performs advanced program development, maintenance, and planning in support of the Emergency Preparedness program. Is responsible for technical-decision making and problem solving related to emergency preparedness and response.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities Provides leadership and in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement emergency preparedness activities and programs. Supports the drill and exercise program by performing scheduling, scenario development, evaluation, report generation and disposition of findings. Provide complete task management of Emergency Preparedness issues. Provides Emergency Preparedness Management Model oversight of assigned sites. Supports Emergency Preparedness work functions, such as drills and exercises. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
