We are seeking a Grain Manager Trainee to help oversee daily operations at one of our top grain handling facilities. This role offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable facility performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping.
• Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement.
• Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams.
