Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources is a key member of that leadership team, responsible for leading both the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. This position shapes and implements the organization's people strategy and cultural development to foster engagement, inclusion, and retention across all levels of the workforce.

The role oversees all HR operations including employer branding, organizational design, workforce planning, recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, compliance, benefits, performance management, HR technology, people analytics, and organizational culture. The Director partners closely with senior leadership to build innovative practices and systems that strengthen the organization for long-term success while remaining responsive to the day-to-day needs of a service-oriented environment. The position also manages a small HR team and oversees HR vendor relations.

Compensation

$130,000-150,000
