8 - hour days including weekends and statutory holidays. On-call support is required on a rotational basis. Hours and shifts are subject to change with notice based on the needs of the organization.
Position Summary
Join the Hastings and Prince Edward Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and make a meaningful impact in mental health care. ACTT provides intensive, community-based support for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness-reducing hospitalizations through wraparound care in clients' own environments.
As a nurse on our team, you'll use strong clinical skills in mental health care, crisis intervention, and medication management, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists. This role offers a dynamic mix of independence and teamwork, with Monday-Friday shifts (8 : 00-16 : 00) and one weekend every four weeks.

Belleville General Hospital (BGH) sits on the shore of the stunning Bay of Quinte. The City of Belleville features a mix of small-town charm and big-city amenities. Belleville General Hospital is the largest of Quinte Health's hospitals, with two medicine units, critical care (ICU), a lively emergency department, a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services, a busy maternal child unit, a children's treatment centre, inpatient and outpatient stroke and rehabilitation care, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and the regional Dr. Douglas A. MacIntosh Cancer Clinic. BGH works closely with the other three Quinte Health hospital teams, as well as regional and provincial health centres to serve our communities.
