Rehabilitation Technician
Location : Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Rehabilitation Technician, responsible for clerical and clinical support in the Rehab Department under supervision. In this role, you will assist staff with daily tasks, maintain equipment, ensure compliance with care standards, and provide excellent customer service while consistently monitoring and implementing quality initiatives. Compensation : Commensurate with experience between $18.00 hourly - $22.00 hourly. Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours / week). Mondays - Fridays from 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.

How you will make an impact :
Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.
Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department. Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.
Maintaining the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment.
Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.
Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
What you will need : CPR Certification
Minimum of 1 year of related experience; experience working with geriatrics preferred
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
