LVN - Part Time Overnight

Overview

LVN - Part Time Overnight role at Maxim Healthcare in San Jose. This position involves working with pediatric and / or adult patients in their homes. It is an overnight position 2 days a week. Compensation is $30 - $31 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.
