Patient Access Supervisor (ER)

• Pay :
• $36.87 / hr - $40 / HR
• Schedule :
• Swing shift, 2pm-11pm
• Requirements :
• At least 3 years' hospital experience (trauma center preferred, not required)
• Supervisory experience with teams of 4-10
• EPIC and ER experience a plus
• Role Highlights :
• Oversee daily ER patient access operations
• Hands-on leadership, schedule management, and HR communication
• Implement policies and cover for team as needed (not a desk-only role)
• Ensure accurate registration, insurance verification, and compliance

Patient Access Manager (ER)

• Pay :
• $52-$60 / hr
• Schedule :
• Primarily day shifts, Mon-Fri (flexibility to cover other shifts as needed)
• Requirements :
• 3-5 years' hospital leadership, patient access, schedule & operations management
• Experience with HIM, credentialing, or related areas a plus
• Oversight of 30 caregivers
• Role Highlights :
• Lead and mentor a large team
• Oversee all aspects of patient access and compliance
• Manage schedules, staffing, and operations
• Partner with HR on employee relations and training
• Covering for a leave of absence (likely to become permanent)

Both Roles Require :

• Hospital experience
• Strong leadership, schedule, and operations management skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Customer service and patient intake expertise
• MS Office proficiency; EPIC / EMR a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mission Hills, CA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00 / hr.
