Schedule or Shift 12-hour day shifts; must be able to work all holidays. Scheduling varies with a minimum of every other weekend required. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes and ensure compliance with care protocols. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required. 1 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
