ITCON Services is seeking a highly skilled Drupal Front?End Developer to support federal government projects that require secure, accessible, and user?friendly digital solutions. The role demands proficiency in Drupal theming, front?end development, and compliance with Section?508 accessibility standards and federal security guidelines. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Drupal front?end themes using Twig, CSS, Sass / Compass, Bootstrap, and PHP.
• Translate UI / UX designs from Adobe?XD and Figma into responsive, 508?compliant Drupal interfaces.
• Implement JavaScript libraries and frameworks to enhance interactivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG?2.1 and Section?508 accessibility standards using tools such as Siteimprove and supporting documentation with VPATs.
• Optimize website performance and troubleshoot cross?browser, device, and accessibility issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure adherence to federal security and compliance standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, and related).
• Leverage Git, GitHub, Bitbucket for version control and manage workflows using npm and Drush.
• Collaborate in Agile environments using Jira for task management, bug tracking, and sprint planning.
