As a Real Estate Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist clients in buying and selling their homes. This will involve conducting market research to find suitable properties, discussing clients' needs and budgets, preparing marketing materials and agreements, and negotiating the best deals for your clients. Customer service is also a vital part of this role, ensuring that every client is satisfied throughout the entire process.

We are seeking professionals who have a strong understanding of the NC real estate market. Being a skilled negotiator and having a comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations are essential for success in this role. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will also play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction.

$75,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets.
• Prepare and present compelling marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
• Negotiate favorable terms for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in every transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NC real estate market trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success and growth in the market.

• Must have NC real estate license.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
