Regulatory Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist in promoting compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and revise contract filings to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements

Research and interpret statutes and regulations to address regulatory compliance issues

Conduct internal and external compliance reviews and audits, identifying necessary improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a job-related field

4 years of job-related work experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of job-related experience

5 years of experience in compliance, audit, and / or legal

2 years of work experience in contract analysis and preparations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
