Join Our Team : Dental Surgical Assistant & Front Office Coordinator

Are you a dynamic, organized, and compassionate individual with a passion for patient care? We are looking for a skilled Dental Surgical Assistant who is ready to take on a dual role as a Front Office Coordinator in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Do :

Dental Surgical Assistant :

Assist the dentist during surgeries and procedures.

Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.

Take and process dental X-rays and assist with sterilization protocols.

Provide patient education and ensure comfort during procedures.

Front Office Coordinator :

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations and reminders.

Handle patient intake, insurance verification, and billing processes.

Maintain patient records and manage the office's daily operations with efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications :

Dental Assistant certification (required).

Front office or administrative experience in a dental setting (preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent patient interaction.
