A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Area Sales Managers to grow Multi-Use volume through relationships with Agribusiness retailers
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives
Monitor sales team activity, set goals, and identify new growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience with dealers, input retailers, and distribution channels
4+ years of experience in developing talent and leading teams
4+ years of experience in strategic initiative development and implementation
Knowledge of financial services and finance solutions
Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business / Management, Marketing, or Finance, or equivalent experience
