Eagle Fire is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Sales Compensation to join our Finance team. In this role, you will administer and optimize sales commission plans, integrate compensation structures from newly acquired companies, and support Sales leadership with reporting and analysis. You will oversee commission calculations, manage Salesforce Spiff, and serve as the primary contact for commission inquiries, ensuring accuracy and transparency across our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and calculate commissions for all sales plans, including legacy, new, and acquired company plans.
- Administer Salesforce Spiff to track commissions; perform manual calculations when needed.
- Partner with Sales leadership to audit commission data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support Sales team members regarding compensation questions and disputes.
- Integrate acquired company sales compensation plans into Eagle Fire’s framework.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all commission plans.
- Prepare monthly reports for Accounting and Sales leadership to track commission expenses.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support continuous improvement of commission processes, reporting, and system integration.
Qualifications : Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Sales Finance / Operations.
- Hands-on experience administering and calculating sales commissions.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred :
- Experience with sales incentive software / CRM (Salesforce Spiff preferred).
- Experience integrating compensation plans from mergers or acquisitions.
- Experience in multi-entity or fast-growing organizations.
- Experience in private equity-owned or construction / contract-based companies.
