Looking for a
proactive, data-driven Senior Hospital Marketing Manager
to define and scale our hospital-focused commercial marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape messaging, programs, and partnerships that position their therapy as a trusted strategic partner for hospitals and health systems.
What you’ll do :
Develop targeted strategies for hospital executives, IDNs, and new sites of care to drive capital adoption & program growth
Partner with Sales to deliver messaging, tools, and insights that enable a cohesive commercial effort
Translate clinical and economic data into compelling value stories for hospital stakeholders
Lead development of scalable programs, campaigns, and new business models aligned with hospital needs
Track and analyze performance, optimizing campaigns and proving ROI
Engage directly with surgeons, administrators, and KOLs to amplify their therapy’s impact
What we’re looking for :
8+ years in medical device product marketing and / or product management
Strong understanding of hospital finance, health economics, and adoption barriers
Proven ability to partner with sales and influence hospital decision-makers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity
Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
