Responsibilities

• Support report build, maintenance, and lifecycle, including contribution modeling, R&M, and RFP documents.
• Maintain benchmark reporting and assist with planning to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Analyst and Client teams, leveraging knowledge of benefits design, cost, and funding structures.
• Manage New Business Sheet and update Dynamics 365 CRM data.
• Perform administrative tasks such as census work, plan audits, and document reviews.
• Provide compliance support including annual notices, 5500 data collection, and compensation disclosures.
• Assist with vendor implementation and handle ad-hoc projects or reporting for client and firm initiatives.

Salary range is $60K to 75K per year.

This position requires candidates to be based in the Northeast region (NY, NJ, CT area). Applicants outside this area will not be considered for this role but may be a fit for other Alera Group opportunities.
