Requirements  There is a need for Internal Medicine / Family Medicine specialist at HCA Houston Northwest.

Must be Board Certified

Windrose Family Medicine is a Primary Care Physicians office with 3 Physicians seeing 20 – 30 patients each on average per day depending on the Provider.

From prevention to diagnosis and treatment we see appointments for minor injuries routine check-ups immunizations management of chronic illness or conditions well-women exams EKG’s referrals to specialists etc.

We do not offer chronic medication management. We are also highly focused on MIPS Performance and Quality Measures.

12 and up patient population

Start date : 8 / 1

Schedule : Mon-Thurs 7 : 30a-5 : 00p or 8a-5p Fri 7 : 30a-2 : 00pNo patient scheduled at lunch time providers can use this time for charting.
