Main Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership :
- Drive global EM&S Growth Strategy implementation for Large Molecules in collaboration with Business and Procurement teams
- Act as strategic partner for R&D centers in developing and executing Clinical CMO strategy worldwide
- Lead Make vs. Buy decisions aligned with EM&S global strategy
- Optimize global CMO / CDMO partnerships to maximize value creation and competitive advantage
Category Management & Innovation :
Develop and execute global category strategies based on comprehensive market intelligenceLead complex, high-value global sourcing initiatives and negotiationsWork closely with Business on managing global supplier relationship programsDrive procurement excellence across Total Cost of Ownership, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, and SustainabilityEstablish and manage competitive CMO & CDMO panel aligned with EM&S strategyTeam Leadership & Development :

Required Qualifications :
Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field required, Master's degree in Business Administration preferredAdditional procurement certification preferredExperience :
15+ years of experience in senior management rolesProven track record in global pharmaceutical / biotech procurementDemonstrated success in global positionsStrong background in External Manufacturing and Supply Chain ManagementCore Competencies :
