Assistant Director, Dining Services

Location : Plymouth State Prospect Hall

We are hiring immediately for an Assistant Director, Dining Services position.

Schedule : Full time schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, evenings. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Prior food service management experience highly preferred.

Salary : $65,000.00

Starting Pay : Your gross initial pay will be $65,000.00. This is a 42-week position with an unpaid summer layoff and a weekly pay of $1,250.00 minus applicable taxes and withholdings. Total earnings will equate to an annual gross salary of $52,500.00 due to the unpaid time during the summer layoff.

Job Summary

Summary : As an Assistant Director of Dining Services I, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large volume location. You will manage and lead a team of associates, and will be responsible for talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
