• ????Your Job Will Include :
• Preparing and overseeing daily meal production for residents, with attention to nutrition, consistency, and presentation
• Assisting in inventory and supply orders for food and kitchen essentials
• Assisting the Executive Chef with menu planning , adapting to dietary needs and preferences
• Assisting in writing and maintaining staff schedules across kitchen and dining areas
• Being a constant presence during meal service times in order to coach FOH staff to deliver friendly, efficient, and fast service
• Ensuring compliance with health codes , safety regulations, and allergy protocols
• Supervising resident events and special meals , including holiday and themed dinners
• Handling guest feedback with empathy and efficiency
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the kitchen and dining room

• Has prior experience in food service—especially in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings
• Understands specialized dietary needs (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, soft foods)
• Leads with patience , kindness, and a collaborative spirit
• Is highly organized and can juggle tasks with grace and calm
• Thrives in a community-oriented atmosphere where relationships matter
