Synergy HomeCare offers:

• Competitive pay $18.50-$23 per hour
• Direct deposit
• Paid orientation and ongoing training
• Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Caregiver Benefits include:

• All PTO is paid out in final checks regardless of the reason for departure
• PTO is available for cashing out at any time and same day checks are available
• Unused PTO will not be lost at the end of each year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
