As part of the Innovation & Acceleration organization in Commercial Solution Areas, the Frontier Enablement Lab empowers the field to guide customers in unlocking new business models, driving operational excellence, and achieving tangible value from AI across every segment and region. Our mission is to enable the field to engage customers in turning their vision into reality, activate the full value of the Microsoft platform at scale, and speed the delivery of inspiring, proven AI assets that drive measurable business outcomes. We do this by equipping field teams with the skills, capabilities, tools, guidance, and immersive experiences needed to lead customers confidently through their AI journey. As the Regional & Landing Activation Lead for the Frontier Enablement Lab, you will scale learning and practice to the field as we activate what it means to help customers in their "Becoming Frontier" journey across the end-to-end platform. You will orchestrate high-impact enablement campaigns that are personalized to the learner in the region. You will partner directly with regional leaders to understand adoption barriers and co-create skilling and activation strategies. Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
