A company is looking for a B2B Marketing Technology Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own multi-channel campaign execution and optimize operations across various platforms
Lead marketing automation by designing and executing HubSpot workflows and lead nurturing strategies
Manage UTM tracking and performance attribution to ensure data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or digital marketing
Expertise in HubSpot automation and Salesforce CRM
Strong data analysis skills, particularly in UTM management and campaign attribution
Proficiency in API-based integrations and automation tools like Zapier
Passion for technology-driven marketing solutions
