Summary
Looking for a bilingual childcare assistant for an in-home daycare located in Alexandria Va.
Are you interested in working in the childcare field working with children ages 0 to 6?
If you’re passionate about childcare and ready to make a difference, we’d love to meet you!
Duties
- Change diapers and assist with potty training (ages birth–3 yrs)
- Prepare meals for infants / toddlers and o assist children during mealtimes
- Clean up after meals , wash dishes, vacuum, wipe bathrooms, sanitize toys
- Care for multiple children at once
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Assist in weekly learning plans and crafts
- Ability to manage classroom learning when other staff are unavailable
- Prior childcare experience required
- Complete 16 hours of state-required training
