About the role

As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all dining operations including the 1901 Grille, Donald Ross Pub, banquet and catering services, poolside cafés, and beverage programs. You'll lead a talented team, collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, and serve as a key member of the Club's leadership-ensuring seamless service, exceptional quality, and memorable member experiences.

What We're Looking For

• A strategic leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality or private club management
• Proven success in team building, mentoring , and delivering high-end dining experiences
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control , and operational planning
• A hands-on, service-driven approach with exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems , wine and beverage programs, and event execution
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to Oak Hill's Acorns of Excellence
