Position Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, meeting with current and prospective clients while supporting efforts to close deals. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect like a pro : Generate leads through outbound calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Identify and pursue potential customers in the target markets, using various lead generation methods.
- Produce engaging and persuasive presentations to customers and stakeholder groups that demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate internally with operations and medical to endure smooth delivery of services and customers satisfaction.
- Qualify all leads to identify potential customers with a high interest in Agile services.
- Build genuine connections and relationships with potential customers by cultivating trust and rapport.
- Coordinate prospective and current clinic visits for clients; provide best customer experience when answering customer questions and service-related inquiries.
- Assist in price negotiations, creating RFPs and creating sales proposals
- Grow, track, and report on all sales activity.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Proven track record of success in B2B outside sales (3+ years), preferably in a healthcare environmentBachelor’s degree in business administration or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills which show in courteous and professional correspondence with clients and colleaguesStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce and HubSpot preferredAdaptable, enthusiasm for learning and sharing ideasProblem solver with solution providerSelf-motivated, results-driven, goal oriented and customer-focusedA commitment to excellence in all that you doBilingual Spanish preferredBenefits :
