Salary : $19.75

Schedule :   Required to work days or evenings, including weekends, depending on company needs.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees under the general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of the service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front-of-the-house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local, and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
