Successful candidates will have no less than 3 years and no more than 7 years of civil litigation experience in the areas of casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation. Associates enjoy a structured mentoring program, monthly, in-house training programs, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work closely with partners who are willing and eager to provide new challenges. The position is full-time and onsite at the firms’ Tampa, Florida office.

In this position Associates :

• will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
• will conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
• will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
