About the Role :

The Business Resilience Analyst supports CrowdStrike's global Business Resilience (BR) department, responsible for crisis management and business continuity / disaster recovery enablement across the business. CrowdStrike takes an all-hazards approach to ensuring business operations and products / services can withstand disruptions, incidents, and crisis events.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) and threat / hazard assessments with guidance
• Support the development, maintenance, and updates of business continuity plans (BCP), crisis plans, and other response procedures
• Support the development of training and awareness programs to promote resilience culture
• Support the design, facilitation, and reporting of business continuity tests and exercises to validate plans and procedures
• Support crisis team activations and plan implementation
• Ensure continual improvement of the company's resilience posture
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company to support cross-functional resilience efforts
• Provide administrative and research support for risk / resilience initiatives, including gathering and analyzing data.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
