The Services & Support Operations Division (SSO) is a global leader in integrated MRO services and support, renowned for exceptional customer service across the aircraft lifecycle. We serve airlines, military, OEMs, and independent service centers worldwide, providing 24 / 7 operational and technical support.

Position : Engineer III / Customer Support Engineer (Devens, MA)

Position Summary : As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide technical support to engineering programs, processes, and customers including OEMs, airlines, and military clients.

Responsibilities include :

  • Act as a technical point of contact for fielded products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Update technical publications such as CMM, ACMM, SB, SNL, and FIM.
  • Lead investigations of fielded products, initiate Root Cause analysis, and collaborate with teams and customers to resolve issues.
  • Monitor product health and reliability, prepare reports, and investigate trends.
  • Support FAA Part 145 repair stations with engineering evaluations and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain customer relationships, present project status, and negotiate changes.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Travel up to 5% globally and respond to customer calls 24 / 7.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; PE license preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, project management, and technical report writing skills.
  • Proficiency with engineering and project management software.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary range : $100,300 - $159,400.
