Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain job files from start to finish for all mitigation and construction jobs.
• Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration industry (smoke, fire, water and mold damage) or insurance industry is preferred but not required.
• Ensures documentation and photos are complete for each job.
• Monitoring job progression.
• Completing both insurance program and corporate job file audits.
• Other duties might include responding to customers, insurance adjusters and insurance program phone calls, drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.

Experience and Skill Set :

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
