Job Title : Drafter / Designer Location : Charlotte, North Carolina Type : Direct Hire Compensation : $75-85k Contractor Work Model : Onsite Responsibilities Create multi-view drawings using SolidWorks / AutoCAD Annotate with AWS D1.1 weld symbols and standardized notations Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) for equipment designs Collaborate with electrical, structural, civil, and installation teams Provide phone-based technical support to crews and customers Draft technical specs and procedures for customer use Requirements 5+ years of SolidWorks / AutoCAD experience Strong technical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to follow specs and codes Knowledge of welding, assembly, and lifting mechanics preferred Proficient in 2D / 3D modeling and Microsoft Office tools Bachelor’s degree in Drafting / Engineering preferred but not required #M- #LI- #DI- Ref : #208-Rowland Tulsa
