Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Qualify and engage customers through various online platforms, including the dealership website, social media, and third-party automotive sites.
• Manage the online sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences, providing detailed product knowledge.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person appointments, test drives, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute digital campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technology, and digital sales tools.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is a plus.

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Must pass background check and drug screen

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
