Requirements :

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York (current)
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Certification as Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Previous experience in Telehealth collaborating with healthcare teams, assessing patient requirements, diagnostics, treatment planning & care coordination
