General Position Description :
Williams Adley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Specialist to support our mission of attracting top-tier talent in a dynamic government contracting environment. Reporting to the Human Resources Senior Manager, the Recruiting Specialist will manage the whole lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.
This role is critical in ensuring that Williams Adley continues to deliver exceptional service by identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals with specialized skills in audit, accounting, financial management, and advisory services. The Recruiting Specialist will leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and career fairs, to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
In addition to hands-on recruiting, the Recruiting Specialist will help implement and continuously improve the firm's recruitment strategies to align with our mission and values, ensuring compliance with all federal hiring guidelines and best practices.

The Recruiting Specialist will work under the supervision of the Senior Human Resource Manager and communicate with Senior Leaders, Partners, and members of the organization.
Environment : The role is based in an office setting and requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, extensive computer usage, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
Salary at Williams Adley is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is between $85,000 and $120,000 based on experience, skills, and certifications. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Williams Adley's total compensation package for employees.
