[WEBTOON] Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development

• Initiate, support and drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives including partnership, M&As, and new business development
• Collaborate with leaders within the company to identify, define, and analyze strategic initiatives, directly reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer
• Lead, coordinate, and support all phases of M&A/investment and partnership process -- from sourcing and evaluating to execution
• Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and potential partners; maintain a strong external perspective and form expert viewpoints on fast-evolving market trends
• Build and cultivate relationships with industry partners, startups, and investors; represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and meetings
• Partner with cross functional teams (including product, marketing, and content) to launch and execute strategic partnerships and new business initiatives

• Minimum 7+ years of experience at a top-tier company in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity
• Strong knowledge of the US content and media landscape
• Proficiency in financial modelling, corporate development, and the complete M&A lifecycle
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building complex financial models and executive-ready presentations to support decision-making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to be hands-on and deeply involved in execution details
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs and priorities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion

• Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end process of M&A or large-scale strategic partnerships
• Experience in project management, relationship management, and change management
• Professional working fluency in spoken and written Korean or Japanese
• MBA and/or international experience is a plus
