Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramp's growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI. The rest of our team comes from companies like Airbnb, Spotify, Bridgewater, and .

Our mission is to build the first system-of-action for go-to-market teams, starting with an end-to-end platform powering warm outbound. Today, outbound sales is dominated by cold, mass outreach that floods people's inboxes and converts to deals at a tiny rate. About the Role

As our second Engineering Manager at Unify GTM, you'll be stepping into a rare opportunity : shaping the DNA of an early-stage, high-velocity engineering org that's building with the leading edge of AI.

You'll lead one of our core product pods, owning delivery, quality, and team health and partner closely with product and design to bring bold ideas to life. You'll also help set the foundation for how we scale : our culture, our systems, and our standards of technical and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact, high-trust role at a moment of rapid growth, perfect for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow alongside an ambitious team.

What You'll Do

• Lead a core product team : Manage, coach, and grow a group of high-performing engineers while keeping your finger on the pulse of technical work.
• Own delivery : Collaborate with product and design leads to scope and ship product initiatives that are customer-centered, fast, and reliable.
• Level up our systems : Continuously improve engineering processes from planning to observability to CI / CD to support rapid iteration and scale.
• Lead by example : Participate in code reviews, design conversations, and incident response to stay close to the craft.
• Build the team : Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent as we grow the org 3x+ in the next 12 months.
• Shape culture : Foster a team environment grounded in ownership, speed, and empathy for each other and for our users.

Familiarity is great, but what matters most is your ability to learn fast, lead with curiosity, and raise the bar.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $200,000-$275,000 (based on experience), with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. This position is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
